About Access Health

CPHS is invested in ensuring that community residents have a seat at the table when plans and decisions are being made for health services.  We have spent time providing information and educating residents so they can be confident in joining the discussion.  This is particularly important when there are plans to change or eliminate services in the community.  Most recently, CPHS prepared a manual for community-based organizations to help “Understand the Healthcare System.”
